Ready to give your Apprentices a whole new level of excellence in End-Point Assessment? We’re ready to help you develop our industry’s leaders of tomorrow.

Next steps for Employers

After your enquiry, there are three steps to complete before we are officially appointed as your EPAO.

Discovery chat

To ensure we deliver an excellent EPA, your dedicated contact from our experienced team will give you a call. This is to discuss your organisation’s specific requirements, identify how our service can best support you, and to talk you through our full process.

Document signing

After agreeing your package of support, we send confirmation documents for you to sign for everyone’s clarity. Including an Employer Selection Record (to confirm our direct discovery chat and that you have independently selected us as your EPAO) and an Agreement which details both parties responsibilities.

ACE360 access

Once all documents are signed, we set up and send the Training Provider access to ACE360. This is the platform we use with Training Providers to monitor Apprentices on-programme progression and EPA records. We issue results through ACE360 as well as claiming the Apprentices final certificate from the ESFA.

As an Employer, once you have officially appointed us as your EPAO, we will then set you up with access to materials and resources especially built for purpose on our dedicated SharePoint site.
